Happy Wednesday! I hope that everyone's day is starting off well! I am excited to share some venue and decor pictures from our big day. All of the images below are compliments of onelove photography.
Although
it was quite a bit of work, and required a whole lot of extra preperation, my mom
and I loved making the décor for the wedding ourselves!
Our
DIY adventures definitely helped save us some money, but by far the best part
of our efforts was receiving these photos from onelove photography last week
and getting to see how it photographed!
I
really appreciate all the help Chris and I were given from our close friends
and family who helped to pull the day off!
More on our DIY wedding adventures and "how to's" in the future!

I
hope everyone likes the photos! XO
Our
ceremony moment felt so special surrounded by our family and friends in my parent's backyard!
Spray-painting
Granny Smith apples in metallic gold served as great placecard holders for our
guests seating arrangements!
Olde
Town Bakery literally made my cake dreams come true! J The cake was maybe one of my favorite pieces of
“décor” at our wedding! I just loved it!
I was so excited to see this shot of our tables lined up <3 Chris and I sat upon the porch for dinner and had a great view of all our guests.
Rustic
bread and olive oil were served on each table ahead of the meal so that guest
could snack before the first course arrived. Our
party favors (pictured on the plate) were two tiny containers filled with a salt Chris and I each
picked out. Accompanying the salts were recipe cards each containing a recipe
from Chris and I (for guest to use the salts with)! We wrapped the party favors in small celophane bags and finished them off with a curly ribbon.
For
the floral arrangements, Chris and I wanted something that felt organic and
simple –since the wedding was outdoors. Danville Florist Pairs and Pieces, was so wonderful to work with on all of our
floral needs. I loved our bouquets and boutinieres they did as well!
We spray painted the flower boxes cream to be subtle and compliment the rest of the table décor.
Shot
of our head table. My Aunts did such a great job decorating it for us.
Our
wedding menu was four courses of tapas, followed by a sweet treat at the end.
We printed all of the menus and then backed them on to two sheets of colored
paper to add effect.
