Baked (and Crunchy) Chickpeas


Hi Friends,

Crunchy little snack or protein packed salad topper, these roasted chickpeas are a quick and easy go to anytime of year!

All you need:
ü Canned chickpeas
ü Salt
ü Pepper
ü Olive Oil
ü Your favorite spice or spice blend

To get from A to B:
ü Preheat oven to 450 degrees
ü In a bowl, toss chickpeas with a small amount of olive oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper (as well as your favorite spice if you choose)
ü Place chickpeas on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes or until browned and crunchy
